We saw on another site that some writer added the letters R, E and A between GT when describing the Marathon Sport Mountain Bike. And while that's a really cheesy description, we're inclined to agree. This aluminum looker has all the goods to keep you riding hard across whatever landscape you choose, whether it's a hundred miles of trail or a white-knuckle downhill slope you're way underqualified to approach (we can't say the same for you when it comes to staying ON the bike). Plus, with hardcore Shimano parts attached to it, you can really tear into the terrain. So, even though we didn't come up with that clever line, this bike really is great, and great riders should probably buy it from us. Hell, our price is better anyway.
